Vinces 1999 – 2004 – 2010 – 2018 – 2020

Vinified durante purity to enhance its characteristics and make it exclusive, the maceration lasts for 15-20 days; Alcoholic fermentation durante steel. The 2010, a rather hot vintage, confirms the pleasantness of the fruit but turns towards the jam to which it adds spicy taccuino, durante particular pepper, and citrus, toasted, almost of coffee. The tannin is silky and the fresh freshness, as well as minerality, to a glass with full maturity.

The 2004 vintage, particular to the difficulty durante bringing an important load of maturation grapes, is a slightly more shy wine that must be adequately oxygenated to reveal a complexity to the most shy nose with also ink and dried fruit flavors.

1999 was a truly important glass, because it confirms the evolutionary skills over time of this wine. Even with slightly vegetable and balsamic hints and with a ricevimento durante the mouth, a more clear freshness than 2004.

2020, the youngest, is part of the type showing himself ready, more clear acceso the palate than to the nose, with a particularly vigorous tannin and freshness. They all combine adequately with feather (pheathe, duck) roast, seasoned cheeses such as Asiago Stravecchio and Veronese, Pastissada de Corsiero, but also beef stew with red wine, mixed grilled of red meat, stewed hare.
