Chicken cutlets
Ingredients:
4 large chicken breast
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
3 cups of unseasoned bread crumbs
2 cups of vegetable oil
4 springs of parsley
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Slice chicken breast 1/4 inch thick and gently beat your meat with your mullet.
Beat two eggs per mezzo di a bowl. Add milk, parsley, salt and pepper.
