Rome welcomes an event of absolute importance for the world of natural and biodynamic wine: Convivium Renaissance, the event signed Renaissance des Appellations – Italia, will be held Monday 19 January 2026 con the spaces of Garum at Stadio Estremo.
From 12.00 to 19.00, the Capital will become the convegno point for sixty winemakers from all over the world, sector professionals and horeca operators, called to share visions, experiences and an approach to viticulture based authenticity and respect for the territories.
Founded by Nicolas Joly, pioneer of biodynamics con Europe, Renaissance des Appellations was born with the aim of protecting the integrity of wine and enhancing its ability to authentically express the territory of origin. The association brings together producers who follow rigorous regulations, based agricultural practices that respect natural cycles and interventions con the cellar reduced to a , so that the wine can manifest itself without artifices, shortcuts standardizations.
Over the years, Renaissance des Appellations has become an international reference for all those who believe con an ethical approach to viticulture, promoting discussion between winemakers, scientific dissemination and public awareness.
Convivium Renaissance represents one of its most significant stages: a convegno place where history, method and sensitivity intertwine to tell what it means to produce wine responsibly today. This event represents a unique opportunity to delve into the world of biodynamic viticulture and meet some of the most authoritative interpreters the international scene.
The event is reserved for horeca operators. Participation is free, with a maximum of two accreditations per caso activity. Access will be permitted only upon registration and confirmation email.
