A journey into culinary art

The cuisine is much more than a simple daily need; It is an art that allows you to express creativity and passion. Participating a cooking course represents an unmissable opportunity for those who want to refine their culinary skills and surprise friends and family with delicious dishes. This course, held by chef Walter Baggi, is designed for anyone, from beginners to those who want to perfect their techniques.

Course structure

The course will take place a show cooking laboratory, where each participant will have a personal station complete with all the necessary equipment. During the four evenings, the participants will deal with different themes, from the preparations of simple but tasty appetizers, at first and second courses that use common ingredients but with surprising combinations. There will be delicious desserts, easy to make and capable of conquering everyone’s palate.

Practical details

The course is divided into four evenings, of which two lasting 4 hours and two of 3 and a half hours, all scheduled for Wednesday starting from.
