The best dressing for a tasty summer season pasta? Pesto obviously: fresh, velvety and fragrant, it is prepared in a couple of minutes and the entire household likes it. Today we provide you a yummy variation of the timeless Genoese pesto, which is prepared with light and yummy summer season active ingredients. We are speaking about walnut courgette pesto, a dressing with a covering taste that you can likewise utilize to produce tasty bruschetta or summer season puff pastries. Follow the Thermomix dish action by action or utilize a basic mixer.

Active Ingredients

400 g of courgettes;
80 g of shelled walnuts;
30 g of fresh basil;
100 g of additional virgin olive oil;
40 g parmesan (optional);.
1 clove of garlic; salt and pepper to taste.
