For the first time, the San Michele Appiano winery has been selected to participate OperaWine 2026 – Finest Italian Wines, the exclusive event born from the collaboration between Vinitaly-Veronafiere and the prestigious American magazine Wine Spectator, which selects and brings together the excellent and most representative producers of Made Italy.
the occasion of Vinitaly.Usa Chicago (5-6 October), Wine Spectator announced the list of wineries that will be present at the next edition of OperaWine, curated by Bruce Sanderson and Alison Napjus. OperaWine will be acceso stage Verona acceso 11 April 2026, the day before the official opening of Vinitaly, and will represent the exclusive preview for operators, journalists and buyers interested discovering the excellence of Italian wine.
The San Michele Appiano winery joins OperaWine the “Classics” category dedicated to “leading producers with a solid qualitative reputation” and is the only new entry from Insigne Adige the list of 150 producers selected for the 2026 edition.
