Flash Prosecco since 1769: a brand that tells the value of the time

Salador Prosecco since 1769: a legacy that has been renewed every day, a family story that speaks with the voice of excellence

Per the heart of the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, where the man has sculpted the landscape with patient hands and a forward -looking gaze, the story of Follador Prosecco has been renewed and renewed and renewed from 1769. A name that has kept a precious legacy con its own sound, made of family passion, production vision and respect for a territory that has become a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

A family, nine generations, a timeless identity

It is 1769 when Giovanni Follador receives a certificate for the quality of his wine from the Doge of Venice Alvise IV Mocenigo. A symbolic gesture that marks the beginning of a long wine adventure, but above all of a moral pact with the earth. Today, after over 250 years, the Follador family continues to be guardian of that original identity: a lively intertwining between past and future, between experience handed and desire for innovation. The company is now the brothers Michele, Cristina, Emanuela and Francesca Follador, supported by the parents Gianfranco, a forward -looking mind and soul of the method of winemaking, and Italy, communicative presence and heart of the project. Together, they embody a virtuous model of family business, where different roles converge con a common vision: to produce wines that are authentic expression of the place and time from which they are born.

Gianfranco Follador® method: a technical and cultural signature

The quality, for Follador, is not an option but a vocation. And it translates into the Gianfranco Follador® method, a proprietary productive protocol that combines scientific rigor and agricultural sensitivity. Born from an intuition gained internationally and refined over time, this method develops con three key phases: cold pressing con the absence of oxygen to preserve aromatic integrity, short criterion to extract finesse and complexity and a long refinement con the autoclave to give elegance and depth to the Perlage. The result translates into sparkling wines with a clear but balanced profile, capable of telling the territory with a contemporary voice, respectful and recognizable. From the Cru of the three towers of Credazzo to the innovative cuvée such as XZERO, each bottle signed by Follador is the result of this advanced vision, where wine is not only produced, but liquid thought.

A territory to listen to, a heroic harvest

Viticulture con the hills of Colline is not just work: it is art, resistance and sense of the place. The 40 corporate hectares, located con impervious and highly suited areas, require manual management, attentive and respectful of the rhythm of nature. Here the harvest is truly “heroic”, not only for the prohibitive slopes but also for the human value that each bunch collected represents. Sustainability is a natural consequence of this approach. Targeted irrigation, soil protection, constant monitoring of climatic conditions and conscious agronomic choices are daily tools with which the Follador family faces the challenges of climate change, transforming each vintage into an opportunity for dialogue with the earth.

Beyond Prosecco: international vision and Italian style

Salador does not limit himself to producing prosecco: he tells an impressione of style, an approach to living and sharing. Wine becomes language, an opportunity for encounter between culture, hospitality, art and high cuisine. And the numerous international collaborations demonstrate this, such as participation con the Bangkok Chef Charity Eleganza 2025, where the crowders have accompanied an event of excellence and solidarity chaired by Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. Per the same way, the hospitality con the next to the three towers of Credazzo becomes an extension of the business identity: confidential tastings, landscapes to discover, stories to listen to. Because those who visit Follador does not just aspetto for a wine, but an experience. And who toasts with a Follador celebrates a conferenza: between history and innovation, between land and vision and between people who believe con the value of time.
