Grilled artichokes with fresh mozzarella and herb sauce is an easy yet gourmet side dish, perfect for impressing guests! An ideal spring recipe that combines the freshness of seasonal artichokes with the creaminess of fresh mozzarella, all enriched by an aromatic herb sauce.
