He arrives in Milan Tastic, the delivery of gastronomic specialties

He landed Milan Tastic – Pastrami & Tramezzino: delivery of Pastrami, sandwiches and other dexters that can be ordered with a simple click

Milan is increasingly confirmed as the capital of taste, ready to accommodate a new reality dedicated to lovers of international street food: it is called tastic and is a deliver specialized PastraMi and sandwiches with a cosmopolitan flavor, which can be ordered comfortably online through the glovo and deliveroo platforms.

The undisputed protagonist of the lista is Pastrami, delicacy born Romania and became an icon of New York street food: smoked beef, spiced with skill and accompanied by decisive mustard. A delight that cerchio is worth the order. But Tastic does not stop there: proposes a selection of sandwiches and delicacies that reinterpret some of the best European street recipes with style and care.

Don’t call it fast food

The claim is clear: Tastic does not run, savor. Each ingredient is carefully chosen and every preparation requires time and respect for tradition. The result? Sandwiches that are not just a snack, but experiences to remember, real trips taste. Each bite is a one -way talloncino for the squares of Europe, between intense perfumes and authentic flavors.

The lista: author sandwiches

Among the most intriguing proposals we find:

Pastrami Perfation: Slow -cooking smoked beef Pastrami, fasting mustard, crunchy cucumber. A timeless classic. Hot Dog Gourmet: soft handmade bread, hot dog, mustard, smoked ketchup, onions and sottacent fermented cucumber. Street food with style. ELEGANCE LANGE: Bread, marinated cooked tongue with spices, homemade mayonnaise and reduction of aged balsamic vinegar. For curious palates. Golden Schnitzel: chicken crunchy Schnitzel, purple cabbage, fermented cucumber and artisan tartar sauce. Crunchiness and freshness perfect balance.

We tried the PastraMi Perfatction. The true soul of the tartina is the Pastrami: spicy beef, marinated and slowly cooked before being smoked, until it reaches a tenderness that is cut with your gaze. Each slice is a concentrate of flavor, with the right of spices and smoke that make it irresistible. A process that takes time, but that rewards with an unmistakable result. Two essential elements think of the softness and complexity of Pastrami: the sedone of Dijon, spicy at the right point, adds a touch of liveliness, while the crunchy cucumbers introduce an acid and fresh note, which perfectly balances the taste of smoked beef. The bite thus becomes a harmonious of textures and flavors.

Side dishes and centrifuges: not just sandwiches

To complete the experience, delicious side dishes such as the purple cabbage salad with honey citrus vinaigrette, a marinated oven cauliflower with smoked paprika and spicy bravas potatoas with homemade Aioli.

And to quench their thirst, a selection of fresh and colorful centrifuged:

Carrot & Ginger: energizing and citrus. Beets & pomegranate: a bomb of antioxidants. Celery & apple: fresh, light and detox.
