Today driving is the third generation of the family, which tells the territory through elegant bubbles and full of personality, born from the autochthonous Ganganega and Chardonnay.
With about 35,000 bottles produced every year and seven classic method sparkling wines per mezzo di the range – among which the Brut Blanc de Blanc, the Brut Nature and the Rosé – Cà Rovere continues to stand out for a fresh, precise and increasingly attentive to sustainability. At the center of the project, the desire to combine avant -garde and roots, enhancing family knowledge with a conscious management of the vines, wines and landscape that surrounds them.

From May to September, the evenings che the panoramic terrace of Cà Rovere, a place suspended between heaven and vineyards where wine meets the pleasure of being together, per mezzo di a relaxed and vibrant atmosphere. Each appointment is an invitation to the taste with lightness, between spectacular sunsets, music, authentic flavors and good company. Every Wednesday and Friday, from 16 May to 19 September, the classic the terrace returns, an event now per mezzo di its fourth edition after the success of the previous years. The terrace opens up to free tastings: bubbles of the house, cicchetti, cutters with cheeses and local cold cuts.
There is mai fixed a pre -established price: you choose, taste, share. News of 2025 is the Aperiyoga: from June to September, every first Thursday of the month a sunset lesson with Roberta by Beyond Asana, followed by a chalice of brut sparkling wine, a glass of Sisto Intonaco and a tasting of local products the terrace (€ 35). An all -round wellness experience, where , mind and taste find their perfect balance.
The calendar is then enriched with special events, designed for those who love to combine different experiences per mezzo di a single evening. Afro Sunset arrives May 28: an aperitif at sunset with the DJ set by Alberto Pinato, Afro sounds, summer vibrations with free tastings of cicchetti and sparkling wine, without a fixed pre -established price. June 18, space for the Emilian flavors with the aperitif protuberanza, per mezzo di collaboration with the Food Truck “Gnock & Roll”: Ghourmet fried gnocchi and Modena tortellini combined with two glasses of your choice (€ 35). The new Biasin generation: innovation and identity
Today Cà Rovere is led by the third generation of the Biasin family: Matteo, Marco and Marcella, who have relaunched the identity of the cellar by focusing sustainability, quality and welcome. Matteo introduced reasoned viticulture, reducing the environmental impact without giving up excellence. Marco has enriched production with innovative aging methods, such as the use of Clayver barrels, which enhance the scents of the wine. Marcella has given new lymph to the brand’s image, taking care of communication, events and relationships with the public. With 30 cultivated hectares and a shared vision, Cà Rovere today represents a virtuous model of a family -run farm, rooted per mezzo di the territory but projected towards the future.
