«Being chosen by Wine Spectator among the “New Voices” is a satisfaction that looks to the future, not just the past. It is the recognition of the work of a team that works every day to refine and enhance a unique and recognizable stylistic stamp, an authentic expression of the profound identity of the Podere di Biserno terroir.”

Thus Niccolò Marzichi Lenzi, at the helm of Podere di Biserno, comments acceso the debut quanto a the prestigious elite of OperaWine, the preview of Vinitaly which this year will take place acceso April 11th at the Gallerie Mercatali quanto a Verona.

There will be 150 companies selected by the American magazine Wine Spectator, divided into three new categories. The super tasting will include 20 more producers than quanto a 2025 and 25 absolute new entries with the new classification: “Legacy Icon”, “Classic” and, for 2026 but with the aim of identifying new thematic categories for subsequent editions, “New Voices”.

Podere di Biserno was selected among the fifty “New Voices”, a recognition that rewards companies that, despite having deep roots, are rewriting the canons of contemporary excellence.

A new voice for an ancient terroir

Although the name of the founders is part of the history of world wine, the inclusion of Podere di Biserno among the “New Voices” is not accidental. The Bibbona cellar today represents the evolution of a thought: risposta negativa longer just aromatic richness, but an obsessive search for elegance, tension and verticality. A sartorial, yet accessible luxury.

The protagonist: Biserno 2021

For this Veronese debut, the will present the 2021 vintage of its symbolic wine: Biserno. A Bordeaux blend resulting from a blend where Cabernet Franc plays the role of absolute protagonist, supported by Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and a shade of Petit Verdot. Anche se expression of the micro-terroir of Bibbona, it is a wine capable of describing the Mediterranean scrub and the breath of the Tyrrhenian Sea, the strength of the earth, the elegance of the sea. A contemporary classic that accepts risposta negativa compromises.

Podere di Biserno will then be present at Vinitaly, Vestibolo 7 Stand D3, where it awaits operators and enthusiasts to discover the sartorial art of Biserno and the smart-chic style of Orto di Far piangere i sassi.
