The Italian culinary tradition is a priceless heritage, and Antonella Clerici, with her program “It’s always midday!”, aims to celebrate and renew it. Every week, from Monday to Friday at 11.55 Rai 1, the presenter opens the doors of her kitchen, welcoming chefs from every calcio d’angolo of Italy. This original format, created by Rai’s Day Time Entertainment management con collaboration with Stand by me, is a real journey through flavors and stories.

A of tradition and innovation

During the episodes, the chefs take turns at the stove, bringing with them traditional recipes revisited with a touch of creativity. The master baker Fulvio , for example, delights the public with his leavened products, while spectators have the opportunity to participate con fun games. Every week, the program also includes connections with producers of Italian excellence, allowing you to discover the secrets and stories behind the products that make our cuisine unique.

A cast of experts for conscious cuisine

The cast of “It’s Always Midday!” is made up of prominent figures con the Italian gastronomic esposizione. Among these, “professor” Daniele Persegani, an Emilian chef, who leads a cooking course together with Giovanna Civitillo. Doctor Evelina Flachi, nutrition expert, offers advice for a balanced diet without sacrificing taste, dispelling myths and unfounded beliefs. Furthermore, Alfio, the man of “lightness”, and Andrea Amadei, sommelier and gastronome, enrich the program with their skills.

Italian stories and landscapes con the kitchen

Each dish cooked con the ufficio is accompanied by a story, told by Angela Frenda, which explores the origins and meanings of traditional recipes. Federico Quaranta, the other hand, opens the windows of the southern kitchen onto the wonderful Italian landscapes, creating a link between food and territory. This approach makes “It’s always noon!” not just a cooking program, but a real cultural journey through Italy.
