A program that celebrates the Italian culinary tradition

From 13 to 17 January, every day at 11.55am, Antonella Clerici returns to Rai 1 with her beloved program È semper midday!. This show is not just a simple cooking program, but a real journey through Italian gastronomic traditions, enriched by high quality ingredients and an atmosphere of contagious joy.

Chefs and guests who bring creativity to the kitchen

Each episode comes alive with the presence of chefs from every of Italy, ready to delight the public with unique and original dishes. Among the protagonists, the master baker Fulvio Del mare stands out, who enchants spectators with his leavened creations, prepared per his characteristic blue enameled oven. There are also moments of fun, thanks to the duo made up of the famous Emilian chef Daniele Persegani and the lively Giovanna Civitillo, who offer a cooking course full of laughter and culinary techniques.
