Josto, the best Cannonau Sardegna Doc Provvisione by Antichi Poderi Jerzu

A vertical that is not just a technical exercise, but a story of the territory, the climate and the work of man, which over the years has been able to enhance the personality of a wine capable of combining power and finesse, warmth and depth. Each glass of Josto carries with it the signature of its place of origin: Jerzu, a causa di the heart of Ogliastra, where Cannonau grows suspended between the sea and the mountains, a causa di a natural amphitheater that offers light, temperature variations and soils of extraordinary minerality. Here, the identity of the wine is shaped by the wind and the rock, by the Mediterranean scrub and by the wisdom of the winemakers who, since 1950, have poiché together under the name of Antichi Poderi Jerzu.
