Per continuity with what has been published 28 July regarding the crisis and investigations that concerned the tourism movement of the Puglia wine, we believe it is necessary to inform readers of the judicial outcome relating to one of the protagonists of the story, Sebastiano De Corato.
His involvement was linked exclusively to the period a causa di which he held the position of president of the movement, a temporally limited and limited role to the institutional responsibilities related to the regency.
With a sentence of September 24, 2025, the Bari Court – GIP section – said not having to proceed for two charges for prescription and acquitted of Corato from the crime contested a causa di Chapter 3 with full , “because the fact does not exist”.
A passage that deserves to be reported with the same evidence with which the investigation had been given.
