“La Chiatta”, the new catering format of the Naviglio Grande

Acceso the Navigli opens its doors “La Battello”, to revive the Milan of the 1900s with a proposal focused acceso fish

The Natante Mastodontico is enriched with a new pearl of the Milanese catering: La Battello, the restaurant conceived by Marco Gulla and Ugo Borro, which officially opened last December con rotta Cascinale 8, the beating heart of the historic Milan.

Fish as the absolute protagonist

At the center of the culinary proposal is fish, symbol of the historical connection between Milan and its waterways. The kitchen focuses acceso simple, genuine and designed dishes for sharing, such as large fried and raw cutting boards, ideal for immersing yourself con a convivial atmosphere.

Wine paper is different, with numerous selected labels, mainly white, bubbles and rosés, but also reds, orange wine and cocktails designed to better accompany the dishes.

A new format, between tradition and modernity

The two founders, Marco Gulla and Ugo Borro, with over a decade of experience con the sector, see the barge as the first step of a wider path, with the possibility of replicating the format con other Italian and foreign cities, while maintaining the values ​​of tradition and popular conviviality.
