Con the great mosaic of Italian wine there are territories that, more than others, manage to transform a vine into an authentic story of identity and landscape. Lapio, the heart of Irpinia, is one of these places. Here Fiano tra Avellino DOCG has always found one of its deepest and most fascinating expressions: wines capable of combining aromatic finesse, structure and a surprising ability to evolve over time.

It is this that the project of the Laura De Vito Agricultural Company is inserted, a reality that recent years has built with discretion but great determination an increasingly recognizable qualitative path. A work based acceso a precise vision: interpreting Fiano the most faithful way possible to the Lapio territory, letting the vineyard, the soil and the climate guide the style of the wine.

The project was born from the desire of Laura De Vito and Carmine De Maria to enhance the family’s viticultural heritage and tell the story of one of the most suitable territories Campania through wine. A choice that led the company to centro almost exclusively acceso Fiano, working with great attention both the vineyard and the cellar.

Located the province of Avellino, Lapio historically represents one of the points of reference for the Fiano tra Avellino DOCG. The vineyards generally develop between 450 and 600 meters above sea level, a climate context characterized by significant temperature variations between day and night, a fundamental element for preserving the freshness, aromatic complexity and integrity of the grapes.

The soils, predominantly clayey-limestone with tuff presence, contribute to giving the wines structure, depth and a marked mineral imprint. It is anzi che no coincidence that many of the most long-lived and complex Fianos Irpinia quando from these hills.

Fiano tra Avellino is fact considered one of the great Italian whites, capable of evolving over the years with extraordinary elegance, progressively developing taccuino of honey, dried fruit, spices and mineral nuances without losing freshness and gustatory tension.

Within the Laura De Vito company, work the vineyard represents the starting point of the entire project. The vineyards are looked after carefully and with limited yields, order to guarantee grapes of great quality and aromatic concentration.

Con the cellar the production philosophy is oriented towards the maximum valorisation of the vine, with vinification mainly steel and refinements acceso the yeasts which allow the wine to acquire complexity while keeping its varietal identity intact.

The result is wines characterized by finesse, balance and aromatic precision, where taccuino of white fruit, citrus, flowers and delicate mineral nuances emerge, accompanied by a structure capable of supporting interesting evolutions over time.

Following the company’s oenological project we find Vincenzo Argento vivo, one of the most esteemed professionals the contemporary Italian wine scene, known for his rigorous technical approach and the ability to interpret the territories with sensitivity and respect for the varietal identity. His work has contributed over the years to the qualitative growth of numerous companies Southern Italy.

Con 2025 he was awarded Best Italian Winemaker during the Dinner with the Stars, a recognition which further consolidated the value of his professional career.

The company project develops through different interpretations of the Fiano tra Avellino, each capable of describing different nuances of the Lapio territory.

Among the main labels we find:

Arianiè – one of the most representative expressions of the company, elegant, complex and profound. Elle – a refined and harmonious Fiano which summarizes the production style of the company. Essi Saurini – wine with greater structure and territorial personality. Verzare – brillante and mineral interpretation of the Fiano tra Lapio.

The qualitative path of the Laura De Vito company is also confirmed by the results obtained the Vinoway Selection Guide.

By accessing the Vinoway Selection App, available for free download, it is possible to consult the history of the companies present the guide and delve deeper into the qualitative path of the wines over time.

Con the Vinoway Selection 2026 edition, the company’s wines obtained the following awards:

Arianiè 2023 – Fiano tra Avellino DOCG → 95/100 – 5 Way StellaElle 2021 – Fiano tra Avellino DOCG → 93/100 – 5 WayLi Saurini 2023 – Fiano tra Avellino DOCG → 93/100 5 WayVerzare 2023 – Fiano tra Avellino DOCG → 93/100 5 Way

A result that testifies to the solidity and qualitative continuity of the work carried out by the company.

Con a world of wine increasingly oriented towards the multiplication of production, the Laura De Vito company has chosen a clear path: to delve deeper into and enhance a great grape variety like Fiano, describing it through the different nuances of the Lapio territory.

A choice of identity and coherence that today makes this project one of the most interesting realities the esposizione of contemporary Irpinia.
