Exploring new territories and possibilities, going beyond the Garganega-Gambellara combination which constitutes the heart of its production and remaining faithful to the identity-nature-craftsmanship bond which has always expressed its stylistic compass. This is the philosophy with which the organic winery Davide Vignato of Gambellara (Vicenza) launches L’Ruvido Fine, a new wine that inaugurates an equally new company line destined to complement the classic one strongly linked to the volcanic terroir of Gambellara.

Knowledge consolidated quanto a more than twenty years of experience between the vineyard and the cellar and a personal sensitivity resulting from an increasingly natural and territorial approach are the basis of new wines where the favorite grape variety, Garganega, is confronted with different premises and traditions the starting territory expands to embrace other areas of the Veneto with a long winemaking tradition quanto a which to give voice to the most representative vines according to their authentic vocation.

The graphic and biographical underlying theme of the new company line is the Bear, a nickname with which the owner Davide Vignato has been called since he was a boy, to his physical size which has always been accompanied by good agility. each label, where the bear’s scratch appears stylized as a production signature, the Venetian hills emerge quanto a the foreground alongside the topographical regione and soils quanto a which the vineyards from which each wine is born, artistically interpreted.

“The bear is an animal used to climbing trees to far away quanto a search of new explorations – explains Davide Vignato – This is exactly what we decided to do with this new line: raise our gaze from our beautiful volcanic land to push ourselves beyond custom and experiment with other possibilities, building acceso the progress we have made so far. Now we are ready to alla maniera di out with a first wine, but a second is also completing its refinement quanto a the cellar: they are both projects acceso which we have worked a lot, dedicating time to studying the soils, the vines and the best conditions to let nature express itself quanto a the maximum of its possibilities”.

The protagonist of L’Ruvido Fine is the Garganega, which for the first time emerges from the volcanic soils of Gambellara and has its roots quanto a the Gradito hills, quanto a particular Costeggiola, where the soils contain a magnificent pink limestone which gives a special imprint recognizable quanto a the glass. Thus was born a wine fermented and refined quanto a steel, with a gentle sip and a harmonious soul, which maintaining the great elegance and marked drinkability characteristic of the entire company production, offers a different story of one of the most important vines of the Veneto, strongly linked to its terroir to which it belongs.
