250 g Farina 00
2 Egg
50 g Sugar
30 g Soft butter
2 teaspoons baking powder for desserts
1 spoon Liqueur to taste to taste Honey to taste Lemon zest to taste Peanut oil (for frying).
Guidelines
In a bowl, soften the butter with the sugar. Include the eggs, lemon enthusiasm and liqueur. Mix the mix with a spoon or a hand whisk. Gather the flour and yeast and mix once again with a spoon.
