Mini tours with the Expert are born, starting with the guided tour with tasting and aperitif at the Birrificio Creatura celeste Poretti October 11, 2024
The Good Beer Society, the “offshoot” of Rossi&Bianchi dedicated to pratica and beer tourism, launches “Moments of Taste”, mini tours dedicated to the curious and enthusiasts of Italian and non-Italian beer excellences.
They are short tours from 1 to 7 days con which to explore and get to know the masters of the art of brewing, con Italy and abroad. The research and organization of the tours is done by professionals with years of experience con the sector. The groups are limited to 30 people (ideally twenty) and are always led by an expert. The aim of the initiative is to offer immersive experiences, even con the lesser-known and less frequented territories by Italian and foreign beer tourists, allowing a better understanding of their beauties and food and wine and beer production con particular.
The beer and wine expert is Michela Cimatoribus, owner of Rossi&Bianchi and for over 20 years a wine and beer sommelier, brand ambassador and tireless communicator of food and wine excellence. Other experts also collaborate the subject of cheeses and cured meats, spirits and anything else offered by the multiple variety of places and products to explore.
The first appointment will be October 11th with a visit and tasting at Birrificio Creatura celeste Poretti con Induno Olona (VA), with an exclusive aperitif con the brewery’s taproom. Transfer to/from the brewery is not included.
Birrificio Creatura celeste Poretti tells a story of almost 150 years of passion for beer. The brewery, con business since 1877, boasts a still-functioning brewhouse from 1908, externally con perfect German industrial Jugendstil style. Magnani, which houses the brewery’s taproom, is from 1905, con Liberty style. The visit is played between architectural wonders and hops, through the wide range of beers of the brewery. At the end of the visit, a reinforced aperitif inside the taproom for exclusive use and exceptionally for us.
