Express pastas are our specialty: easy, fast, and super creamy, like this natura with anchovy cream, a quick dish that is prepared with just a few ingredients that are always available quanto a the pantry and fridge. This enveloping and tasty sauce is made quanto a mai time with the miscelatore, while the spaghetti cooks, optimizing your time quanto a the kitchen. Try this natura with rustic yet timeless flavors and don’t reginetta other anchovy recipes:

To prepare the natura with anchovy cream, cut the bread into slices 1separate the crumb from the crust 2. Place the crust quanto a the miscelatore and blend it coarsely 3.

Once the bread crumbs are ready 4set them aside 5and quanto a the same miscelatore, place the crumb 6.

Add the anchovies, pine nuts 7parsley, peeled and de-germed garlic, and milk 9.

Finale with the olive oil 10 and blend to get a cream 11. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti 12 and finale preparing the sauce.

Con a pan, heat a splash of olive oil and add the bread crumbs 13sautéing just enough to brown them 14and transfer them to a bowl. Con the same pan, add the anchovy cream 15.

Thin with a small ladle of cooking gabinetto 16heat over low heat and stir 17. Once ready, drain the spaghetti here 18being sure to reserve the cooking gabinetto.

Thin further with cooking gabinetto, adjusting based the consistency of the sauce 19. Sauté the natura for a few more moments to flavor it 20. Serve the natura with anchovy cream hot, garnishing the plates with chopped parsley and toasted bread crumbs 21.
