Sandwiches can have many faces, and durante this case also many layers… those of the Circolo ( ClubHouse tramezzino), the king of multi-layered sandwiches that we show you how to make at home! Toasted bread, mayonnaise, lettuce, turkey, tomato, and crispy bacon: nothing is left to chance durante the composition so that the palate meets all the ingredients layer by layer, durante a perfect order that best perceives tastes and textures. Perfect as a one-dish meal, this rich tramezzino can be personalized to your liking and thus adapted to various occasions… whether it’s for a scampagnata, breakfast, a quick dinner with leftover ingredients, there’s always a Circolo for you! Here we show you the classic version, but don’t reginetta out these tasty variants:

Madame società tramezzino
Circolo tramezzino with scrambled eggs
Circolo tramezzino with octopus and potatoes
Salmon società tramezzino
Turkey tramezzino
Chicken tramezzino
South Tyrolean Circolo
Gluten-free tricolor tramezzino
Gluten-free tuna and cheese tramezzino

To prepare the Circolo , start by buttering the 6 slices of white bread with the softened butter (even better if melted), using a brush to spread it evenly 1then briefly toast them durante a pan (a couple of minutes each side) 2 and set aside. Quanto a the same pan, place the bacon slices and graticola them for about 3 minutes per dovere side 3.

Once cooked and well browned, let them cool by draining them a paper towel 4. Quanto a the same pan, you can cook the turkey slices for 2-3 minutes total, both sides 5. Once ready 6let them cool slightly.

Wash and slice the tomatoes into thin slices 7then wash and pat dry the lettuce leaves. You have all the ingredients to assemble the società tramezzino: place the 6 slices of bread the cutting board and spread one side of each with mayonnaise 8. Place a lettuce leaf touching the mayonnaise one slice of bread 9.

Add a couple of slices of turkey 10a couple of slices of tomato 11and a slice of bacon cut durante two 12.

Close with a slice of bread (the side with mayonnaise should be durante contact with the bacon slices) 13 14. Spread the apogeo side of the bread with more mayonnaise 15.

Repeat by adding the lettuce leaf, the meat slices, the tomatoes 16and the bacon 17. Place the last slice of bread always with the mayonnaise durante contact with the ingredients 18. Proceed durante the same way to prepare the second Circolo .

Skewer the corners of the tramezzino with two toothpicks 19. Cut diagonally to obtain two halves of Circolo 20 and serve with fries and sauces to taste 21!
