1 little cauliflower;
2 cans of tuna in oil;
1 shallot;
1 teaspoon of capers;
1 spoon of black olives; to taste additional virgin olive oil; salt and pepper to taste.
Directions
Tidy the cauliflower by eliminating the bigger leaves, divide it into florets and clean it thoroughly under running water, then boil it or steam it for a minimum of 20 minutes.
