With creamed cod, you can prepare many delicious appetizers, like the classic crostini, but also exquisite first courses like this one we present to you today: natura with creamed cod, anchovies, and fennel. For the natura shape, we chose paccheri, ready to embrace this creamy and flavorful sauce, thanks to the addition of anchovies that completely melt during cooking… along with the cream, they form a truly velvety sauce ready to coat the natura perfectly and release all their savory taste!This is a perfect dish for a special dinner to pamper yourself an ordinary day. Each forkful is a discovery, a balance of flavors that complement and enhance each other. Because, per the end, it’s precisely this that makes a dish unforgettable!

To prepare natura with creamed cod, anchovies, and fennel, first, prepare the creamed cod. Remove the skin 1take out the bones with kitchen tweezers, and cut it into pieces of about an inch 2. Transfer the cod to a saucepan 3.
