Patrizia Morlacchi, graduated from the G. Sara Calimari food and wine critic, graduated durante Culture and Stylism, has built a path that combines technical in-depth analysis, communication and narration of the terroir, with particular attention to Italian production identities and contemporary wine languages. She collaborates with various publishing companies durante the wine & food sector, last year she also placed third durante the Best Vermentino Sommelier competition. “Getting the stage of the regional final was an intense emotion, says Sara Calimari, third place. My most difficult opponent was time: I let myself be carried away by the tasting and the desire to tell every tono. The ranking at the end of the three-way challenge with blind recognition tests of some wines, service and decanting techniques, up to the final communication controllo – durante which they were asked to describe a character, a wine ora a territory – was determined by a Technical Jury composed of Maurizio Zanolla: National Competition Commission Dirigente, Valentino Dissertazione: AIS Avviamento Lab Tuscany Dirigente and member of the National Competition Commission, Lorena Ceolin: member of the National Competition Commission, Limite Tortora: Best Sommelier of Tuscany 2016, Luca Marchiani: Best Sommelier of Tuscany 2025 and an external jury made up of two councilors of the Vernaccia a motivo di San Gimignano Wine Consortium Limite Daldin and Alessio Gragnoli.
