Thanks to the penne with speck and zucchini, you will bring an innovative very first course to the table with the mix of a couple of components. This meal is the best compromise to make a yummy, simple, and fast meal! In this dish, we picked entire wheat pasta that with its somewhat toasted taste completely matches the strong taste of the speck. All is covered by the sweet taste of the zucchini making this very first course extremely well balanced. Attempt making the penne with speck and zucchini yourself, you’ll be astonished at their taste and how simple they are to make.

To prepare the penne with speck and zucchini start by cleaning them, then clean and cut them 1 Grate 2 zucchinis with a large-mesh grater 2 and set them aside. Take the staying zucchini and divided it in half, then cut each half into pieces and get sticks 3

Cut the sticks in half 4 to get sticks about 3/4 to 1 1/4 inches long. Carefully slice the shallot 5 and put it in a pan together with 2 teaspons of oil 6

Let it soften by including a ladle of warm water and include the grated zucchinis 8 salt, pepper, include another ladle of warm water 9 and cook for about 10 minutes, till they soften. On the other hand, put the staying 2 teaspons of oil into a pan and include the zucchini sticks 9

Salt, pepper these too and let prepare for 5-6 minutes 10 In the meantime, slice the speck 11 and get strips about 1 1/4 inches long 12

Include the strips of speck to the now prepared zucchinis 13 and let prepare for about 5 minutes. On the other hand, prepare the entire wheat penne in a lot of boiling water, salted to taste 14 Drain pipes when al dente and put it into the pan with the zucchinis and speck 15
