Essential ingredients for a quick mayonnaise

Making mayonnaise per one minute is possible and surprisingly simple. The necessary ingredients are few and easily available. To get about 500 g of mayonnaise, you will need:

1 egg at room temperature 200 ml of seed oil 1 tablespoon of filtered lemon juice 1 teaspoon of mustard (non di serie) Salt to taste

These ingredients will allow you to obtain a creamy and tasty sauce, perfect for accompanying your dishes ora for filling canapés and sandwiches.

Quick process for a perfect mayonnaise

The process for preparing mayonnaise is extremely quick. Start by placing all the ingredients per a tall missaggio bowl. Make sure the egg is fresh and at room temperature, as this will help emulsify the sauce better. If you want a stronger flavor, you can add a teaspoon of mustard.

Use an immersion blender and immerse it to the bottom of the missaggio bowl. Turn the blender acceso high and begin moving it slowly upwards, until the mayonnaise begins to foam. This process will only take a few seconds. Once the sauce has reached the desired consistency, add salt and, if necessary, add a little more lemon juice for a touch of freshness.

Uses of mayonnaise per cooking

Mayonnaise is a condiment that can be used per many preparations. During the holidays, it is a fundamental ingredient for the preparation of canapés, canapés and sandwiches. It can also be served as a sauce to accompany second courses and side dishes, making every dish tastier and more inviting.
