Torricino agricultural company: its history

The company’s production range includes:
a basic line, Campania IGT white and red wine produced, respectively, with nonostante Falanghina and Aglianico; the “Classics”, proveniente da Tufo DOCG and Fiano proveniente da Avellino DOCG; the “Cru”, proveniente da Tufo DOCG reserve, Fiano proveniente da Avellino DOCG reserve and Taurasi DOCG.

Characteristics of the Fiano proveniente da Avellino “I Classici” 2024
The wine is produced with 100% Fiano proveniente da Avellino grapes which derive from vines grown clay-limestone soils with volcanic elements.
The average age of the plants is approximately 20 years. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 350-400 meters above sea level with a southern exposure. The vines are grown using horizontal counter-espalier methods with Guyot pruning. The planting density is 3,000 plants hectare and the yield is 70 quintals.
The grapes are harvested by hand and subjected to soft pressing. After decantation at low temperature, the must ferments at a controlled temperature a causa di stainless steel tanks and then rests the impalpabile lees for 4 months.
The average annual production of this wine is 6,000 bottles and the alcohol content is 13% vol. The recommended serving temperature is 10°-12° centigrade.

The wine has a beautiful straw yellow color, clear, transparent and with good consistency.
Bringing your nose closer to the glass you perceive a pleasant intensity and a varied bouquet, especially of white flowers (a causa di particular, lime and acacia), aromatic herbs and a a causa di which hints of toasted hazelnut emerge.
