The change of baton was made official by the consortium Board of Directors Friday 26 July, which designed the new team at the helm of the Consortium, which includes over 60 wineries and has long been a symbol of the age-old relationship between wine and the Capital. Gabriele Gaffino of Bottiglieria Gaffino and Damiano Federici of Vinicola Federici were also elected vice-presidents.
