A simple method to get a quick and yummy pizza out of puff pastry. This Salami Milano and Gorgonzola cheese variation rocks.
Serves 3-4, Preparation 10 minutes, Cooking 20 minutes
. 1 store-bought puff pastry sheet . Gorgonzola cheese, to taste . Salame Milano, to taste . Grated Parmigiano cheese, a handful . Cherry tomatoes, as numerous as you like . Dried Oregano, a spraying . A pinch of great salt . Olive oil, a tablespoon + a drizzle .
Approach
Preheat the oven to 180 C/ 350 F/ Gas 4.
Present the sheet of puff pastry, location it on a pizza tray with its baking paper, puncture the bottom with a fork to avoid it from expanding while cooking.
Include the Gorgonzola spread equally over the whole surface area together with a scattering of grated Parmigiano cheese, include the entire or halved cherry tomatoes, a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt and dried oregano.Fold the edges of the puff pastry somewhat inwards, developing a border, brush with olive oil.
Bake about 20 minutes, up until the crust is golden brown.
Get rid of from the oven, put the pieces of Salame Milano on the top, which will prepare with the heat of the puff pastry pizza.
Serve.
