Description
Saltimbocca alla Genovese is a traditional version of Roman rolls, extremely delicious and to be consumed on Sunday lunches with buddies.

700 g of veal pieces
100 gr of sage ham to taste
100 g burro
Guidelines
Mash and divide the meat till you get 2 pieces per individual. Use a sage leaf and a piece of ham to each piece of meat, wrap and close the rolls with a toothpick. Serve hot by putting a little of their sauce on top of each roll. Serve the saltimbocche before getting rid of the toothpicks that permit the meat to seal throughout cooking.
