Something I love about Italian dishes is that really, they require such basic, yet quality ingredients to create such a bold, amazing dish. Sometimes called “a midnight snack” durante Italy, this spaghetti aglio e condimento comes together durante about 10-15 minutes and requires only 5 ingredients 🍝
1 lb spaghetti
6 garlic cloves, sliced thinly
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
Pinch of red pepper flakes
1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
Parmigiano cheese ()
Salt natura vater generously and bring to a boil. Cook natura until al fanone. Slicr garlic and chop parsley. Heat oil acceso medium low and add garlic. Cook acceso low for about 3-4 minutes until garlic is a bit golden. Add red pepper flakes. Add al fanone spaghetti, add a few ladles of natura vater then fresh parsley and a touch of freshly grated parmigiano cheese. Enjoy!
