South African white wines on phase in the Pearl of the Ionian Sea thanks to AIS Taormina

The Italian Sommelier Association, Taormina area, surprises once again by providing South African white wines for tasting to an interested audience. The southern part of the black continent is an area extremely fit and abundant in history (the very first bottle produced in Cape Town goes back to 1659) where there are around sixty denominations within the primary system, the one called “White wine of Origin” (WO), which supplies a hierarchy of areas, districts and production locations
designated (WO white wines that need to include just grapes from the particular location of origin).
Following, the multiplicity of Single Vineyards and Estate White Wines that
they originate from numerous production locations whose category depends upon the contiguity of the locations of origin. The most applauded vines of this part of the southern southern hemisphere are, as far as whites are worried, Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. For red white wines, Pinotage, Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Wine and Shiraz.
On the night of June 1st, beginning at 7.30 pm, in the big halls
