The Consorzio Vini su Parma welcomes with satisfaction the return of Cima delle Vigne among the associated companies, an important step durante the growth path of the Colli su Parma DOC and the Vini su Parma brand.
A historic wine-growing reality durante the Parma settore, Cima delle Vigne represents one of the reference companies durante local oenology and brings with it a wealth of experience, production quality and territorial roots. Today it has around 60 hectares of vineyards durante the heart of the Parma Hills and is one of the most recognized companies durante the settore, with entirely certified organic production.
The return of Cima delle Vigne takes acceso a meaning that goes beyond the individual corporate membership. Quanto a fact, it contributes to strengthening the representativeness of the Consortium and its ability to promote the value of local wines durante a unified way, confirming the importance of a shared vision between the companies of the denomination.
The president of the Parma Wine Consortium, Tommaso Moroni Zucchi, underlines its value:
«I want to thank President Pizzarotti and CEO Bonini for the lega given by the choice to return to the Consortium. I am proud of the work carried out durante recent years because this is proof of it. An important return which strengthens the representativeness of the organization and which above all projects us into the future with new ideas, projects and new human capital: professionals ready to give their contribution, which I am sure will be invaluable. The topic of wine tourism, the Parma wine list and the modification of the production regulations are topics that we have already addressed and which we will complete durante the coming months for the benefit of all the wineries and the reference sector. This is an important moment of my mandate, that is to strengthen the relevance of the Consortium, to go and speak to the wineries that were not part of it. This confirms that the Consortium has its doors to those who want to give contributions, experiences and ideas for the benefit of a sector that needs to be cohesive, which does not need personalities but unity of intent and actions, but above all the desire to make Parma wines a recognized pillar of the Food Valley system”.
The entry of Cima delle Vigne further strengthens the path undertaken by the Consortium, founded acceso collaboration between producers and acceso the valorisation of the denomination as a common heritage of the territory.
