Saturday 25 October at 10.00 the San Pietro per Mezzolombardo Theater hosts the wine talk wine and landscape: stories of vines, roots and authentic territories – conversations between Rotaliana, Cortona, Etna and Burgundy, moderated by Luciano Ferraro, -in -chief of Corrispondenza della Vespro. An aperto comparison between producers, experts and institutional figures, which intertwines stories of vines, territorial identities and new collaboration prospects. Admission is free and aperto to all. Con the afternoon, however, from 15.00 to 18.30 Martinelli is the headquarters of the Walk Around Tasting, with over 40 labels with tasting between wines and spirits, between Teroldego Rotaliano and Syrah of the guest regions, accompanied by tastings of local gastronomic products and -based cocktails. The day ends at 8.00 pm sopra the cellar Rotari with the dinner for dinner taste: three territories acceso the plate, a culinary journey that unites Trentino, Tuscany and France sopra an unpublished and surprising lista, enhanced sopra every capacity by music and by the combination with different wines.
The day of Sunday 26 October is entirely dedicated to wine lab, between guided tastings and thematic insights. The first appointment is at 10.00 am sopra the Rotaliana with hunting the territory: blind tasting of Syrah and Teroldego, an experience conducted by the Wine Educator and sommelier Adua , which invites participants to recognize and connivente terroir and different wines. It follows at 11.15 at the Foradori Common Radici farm, different expressions: dialogue between Teroldego and Syrah with Professor Attilio Sapienza to explore the genetic affinities and expressive differences of the vines, highlighting how the ampelographic context influences the wine. At 12.30 sopra the Dorigati is held Teroldego Reloaded: young producers are told between glasses and gastronomic tastings, a laboratory animated by the producers of the ambiente who, with the conduct of Roberto Anesi, Wine Educator and best sommelier of Italy 2017, tell their vision for the future of this grape variety. Con the afternoon, the journey continues at 2.00 pm with time capsule: the Teroldego yesterday and today, a tasting at the cellar of the Edmund Mach Foundation conducted by Divine Fondamentale, journalist and collaborator of the Red Shrimp, which compares past vintages and present to grasp the evolution of the grape variety over time. At 15.00 instead we move to the Bertagnolli distillery for the conferenza you do not expect: grappas, cheeses and cigars sopra tasting, where Francesco Fadda, curator of the autochthonous spirit guide, accompanies the discovery of sopra purity and enhances its characteristics thanks to the combination with local cheeses and cigars. The day ends at 4.15 pm sopra the Endrizzi with Teroldego & Syrah: journey between Rotaliana, Cortona and Côte Rôtie, a comparison led by the sommelier and journalist Andrea Gori to tell two varieties from different but similar territories. Among the many activities proposed, it will be possible to discover, through a guided tour of the headphones, the legendary story that is hidden behind the Teroldego of Donati Dragon, savor the conferenza between Albert’s tiritera and Teroldego Rosato Calici sopra the De Vescovi Ulzbach farm immerse yourself sopra the conferenza between wine and art at the De Vigili farm. Different experiences that intertwine conviviality, culture and taste, offering different perspectives to the territory.
