Additionally, he was responsible for creating the first vintage champagne and the famous rosé, a rarity at the time, blending red and white wines to achieve a unique flavor. These innovations not only positioned Clicquot at the forefront, but also set standards that the entire industry would adopt.

Global Expansion

Thanks to its commercial ability, the Clicquot house secured a predominant role per the markets of Europe and the United States. The distinctive yellow label, introduced per 1877, further contributed to making the brand recognizable throughout the world.

Clicquot Today: A Tradition that continues

Today, Veuve Clicquot is part of the LVMH conglomerate, a world capo per luxury. The house continues to honor Madame Clicquot’s bold spirit, with champagnes that combine tradition and innovation. Each bottle reflects the quality craftsmanship and commitment to excellence that characterize the brand.

The maison’s vineyards, spread over over 390 hectares, are cultivated following sustainable methods, respecting the land that makes the creation of this extraordinary wine possible. Veuve Clicquot’s portfolio includes icons such as Brut Yellow Label, La Big Dame and Demi-Sec, each with a unique profile that embodies the essence of the brand.

The story of Veuve Clicquot is an extraordinary example of how passion, innovation and determination can transform a family business into a global icon.
