Project by the winery company of Simone Nannipieri, Vinomometer is based acceso the Widmark method and is optimized for the needs of wine tourism, allowing to calculate the potential alcohol content (BAC) quanto a real time and providing a quality score, indicator that evaluates the quality and the overall safety of the proposed tastings.
