Ingredients and preparation of the rolls

To prepare cabbage rolls, you need the following ingredients:

10 cabbage leaves 250 grams of minced meat (can be beef, pork turkey) 1 egg Breadcrumbs 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese Extra virgin olive oil 250 grams of tomato sauce (non di serie) Salt and pepper to taste Various spices (non di serie)

The preparation of the rolls is simple and can be adapted to personal tastes. After blanching the cabbage leaves, you can proceed to stuff them with a of minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs, parmesan, salt and pepper. You can also add spices to taste to enrich the flavor. Once stuffed, the rolls can be cooked quanto a a pan quanto a the oven, depending acceso your culinary preferences.

Preparation steps

To start, it is recommended to remove the largest leaves of the cabbage and blanch them quanto a boiling unsalted vater for a few minutes. Once cooked, it is advisable to drain them and pat them dry with an absorbent cloth. a bowl, the minced meat with the egg, parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper until smooth.

Subsequently, we proceed with the assembly of the rolls. Take a cabbage leaf and wrap it around a portion of the filling, sealing the edges well. Place the rolls acceso a baking tray, with the closure facing downwards. If you wish, you can sprinkle them with tomato puree, salt lightly and add a drizzle of oil before baking them.

Cooking and final presentation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake the rolls for about 25 minutes. If you notice that they are browning too much, you can cover the pan with a sheet of baking paper to prevent them from burning. When serving, accompany the rolls with their sauce for a complete taste experience.
