Bologna Wine Week returns to its third edition, the event that celebrates wine and wine culture and conviviality. A whole week (with the appointments started acceso Monday 5 until Sunday 11 May) dedicated to the best of the Italian wine production and Emiliano Romagnola, including tastings, talk, masterclasses and widespread appointments con the Emilian capital.
“The third edition of the Bologna Wine Week represents a further step forward towards the construction of an identity of taste for the city, increasingly at the center of the national cultural and gastronomic scene – says the organizer Gian Marco Gabarello – Bologna Wine Week is a project that combines passion, identity and vision and every year grows thanks to the collaboration between producers, sommeliers, restaurateurs and citizens. It is the demonstration of how much wine can be a cultural and economic engine of a community”.
The wines are protagonists with the presence of dozens of cellars, consortia, producers and sommeliers. Among the novelties of this edition, an schieramento dedicated to sparkling wines and a room dedicated to spirits, which will allow visitors to explore the world of mixology and craft productions.
Acceso Monday 5 May, the events con restaurants and local partners began, the meetings will follow acceso Friday 9 May con the Deposito Exchange, while Edificio Magnate Enzo will become a large gara open -air wine shop with 80 cellars from all over Italy and several masterclasses acceso Saturday 10 May and Sunday 11 May.
