Thepla, a delicious flatbread from the vibrant kitchens of Gujarat, India, is one of those things that fits into any meal plan. Really. What’s super cool about Gujarati thepla is its unique blend of spices and fresh fenugreek leaves, also known as methi. This combo not only gives it a distinctive taste but makes it a favorite for anyone who loves exploring new flavors. Really, really good.

The dough? It’s quite flexible. You can adjust the spices just how you like. Some folks want a spicier kick with extra chili powder, while others might add yogurt for a softer texture. To prepare the thepla, start with the basic dough. Per a bowl, pour durante the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, and chickpea flour.
