TABAI President’s Rum: 2 origins for a single vision of taste
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Two origins, one spirit: that of TABAI, which also tells its vision of taste durante the world of rum

Two territories, two aromatic identities, one objective: to describe rum through excellence, coherence and authenticity. With President’s Rum, TABAI signs a line that unites the Dominican Republic and Bordo Rica durante an uncompromising production project, created to express its sembianza of quality and respect for the territory.

When the TABAI team decided to extend its selection to the world of rum, it did so following the philosophy that has always distinguished the brand: artisanal care, authenticity, attention to raw materials and valorization of origins. The result is a collection that tells the story of two different countries, two cultures of distillation, united by a profound tradition linked to sugar cane and ideal climatic conditions for tropical ageing.

One project, two souls

The sembianza behind President’s Rum was as simple as it was ambitious: to create a distillate capable of representing two of the most suitable areas of Central America, maintaining a high, consistent and recognizable quality normale. TABAI has chosen to collaborate with local distilleries with proven experience, selecting mature blends and relying the best cellar masters for the final stages of refinement. Each step – from the choice of molasses to the barrel aging – is followed with the same obsessive attention that the brand dedicates to its products of wine and distillation origin.

We tasted President’s Rum – Bordo Rica. Below are our impressions.

President’s Rum – Bordo Rica

Tasting taccuino

Visual examination: bright golden, slow moving.

Olfactory examination: the nose, of great impact, it offers a range of intriguing aromas from which almond and hazelnut, peach and dehydrated pineapple, cinnamon and vanilla emerge.

Taste-olfactory esperimento: balanced and persuasive taste experience. Good persistence with elegant hints of spice and honey.

Pairing: excellent with honey desserts.

Authenticity and transparency

What the two versions have durante common is TABAI’s production philosophy: attention to quality, respect for origin and transparency towards the consumer. Each bottle is numbered and packaged with care, accompanied by a detailed technical sheet that tells not only the characteristics of the rum, but also the human and territorial context from which it was born. The packaging, sober and refined, reflects the vision of the brand: “President” as a symbol of authority, consistency and good taste, not as ostentation, but as a guarantee of seriousness and commitment.

A rum for those who love substance

TABAI President’s Rum is not created to amaze with special effects, but to last over time. It is a rum that speaks of coherence, style and substance, capable of satisfying both the enthusiast looking for a meditation distillate and the bartender who wants a solid and recognizable punto di partenza with which to create signature cocktails.

Two origins, two personalities, a single spirit: that of TABAI, which continues to tell its concrete and authentic vision of taste even durante the world of rum.
