Vini Selvaggi 2026 returns with great news

Rome is preparing to welcome the new edition of Vini Selvaggi, the independent fair dedicated to natural wines and artisanal agriculture, scheduled at the San Paolo District from 7 to 9 March 2026. Among the new features acceso the program is the opening rinfresco “Naturally Selvaggi!”, scheduled for Saturday 7 March from 4.00 pm to 10.00 pm, again at the San Paolo District. Entrance is free and administrations are paid.

What is Vini Selvaggi 2026

Born as a convegno space between winemakers, professional operators and a passionate public, Vini Selvaggi has over the years become a national point of reference for those seeking authenticity, agricultural coherence and a cultural vision alternative to industrial models wine. “An event that focuses acceso peasant work, respect for the territories and a conscious drinking culture, free from fashions and homologations” say the organizers Lorenzo Macinanti (Solovino) and Giulia Arimattei (communications progetto Fritz.Ico).

The 2026 edition will bring together over 120 independent winemakers from Italy but also from France, Spain, Slovenia, Austria with numerous interesting new features. Like every year, the research is oriented towards new realities, often little known even to the most passionate public. Tasting wines with an identity, often outside the conventional mold, but deeply linked to the territories of origin.

Vini Selvaggi, now its sixth edition, is also confirmed as a place for discussion between producers, restaurateurs, distributors, journalists and enthusiasts, encouraging direct relationships and promoting a short and aware supply chain. Alongside the exhibition part, the program includes moments of cultural study dedicated to the themes of sustainable agriculture, natural wine and the transformations of the contemporary rural world.

Not just wine

The Food Complesso – Artigiani del Raffinatezza supports the wine offering with a selection of quality companies: La Polpetteria, Stracotteria, , ReCUP and Twist & Chips will propose an offer that combines the valorisation of raw materials and creative recovery, helping to define a convivial space where you can take a delicious .

The proposal dedicated to coffee will see the participation of PicaPau and Causa, specialty projects oriented towards the quality of the supply chain, the conscious selection of raw materials and the development of a coffee culture.

The Distillates & Craft Beers Calcio d’angolo, with DrinkIt, Distillerie Capitoline, L’Cocente, Liquorificio 4.0 and Birrificio Freelions, expands the exhibition itinerary through a selection of independent productions that interpret fermentation and distillation an artisanal way, with attention to research, territorial identity and production quality.

Acceso Sunday, a Children’s Space will also be active, curated by Inganno Dappertutto, with wooden games and free activities, order to encourage a more inclusive and accessible use of the event, strengthening its family and community dimension.

New for 2026: “Naturally Selvaggi!”, the inaugural rinfresco

An absolute novelty of the 2026 edition will be the opening rinfresco “Naturally Selvaggi!” scheduled for Saturday 7 March from 4.00 pm to 10.00 pm, again at the San Paolo District. The heart of the initiative will be the Sconfinato Mescita dei Vini Selvaggi, divided into a market and wine shop territorio, designed to encourage direct knowledge between producers and the public, as well as the informed purchase of the labels present.

The “Naturamente Selvaggi” event will feature groups of winemakers – some not present acceso the official days of the fair – with tastings as per certo consumption and focolaio acceso specific areas and territorial collectives, including the producers of the Vulcani Laziali Winemakers Association, Ciociaria Giusto and the Escludendo Meja group between Italian and Slovenian Collio and Carso, with companies such as Radikon, Nikolas Juretic and Paraschos. The day will be animated by StappaLa and Frisson who will strengthen the convivial dimension of the event with commedia musicale performances and moments of drinking. Free entry aperto to the public and paid administrations.

The cost of the daily coupon for Vini Selvaggi, including all tastings at the exhibitors’ tables, is 30 euros. There is an accreditation reserved for operators the horeca sector at a reduced cost of 15 euros. Entrance passes can be purchased acceso the official website: www.viniselvaggi.com
