In the Dolomites, where nature reveals itself in all its splendour, PuntoZero, a gem of a winery in the Colli Berici, provides its refined white wine choices at the fourteenth edition of Vino Vip Cortina, the prominent top arranged by the publication Civiltà del bere.

On Sunday 14 and Monday 15 July 2024, worldwide popular professionals and prominent characters will collect for 2 days of tastings, exchanges of viewpoints and insights. A biennial occasion that commemorates winemaking quality, in a location amazingly nestled in the green basin of the Cadore Valley, on the peaks of the Dolomites, acknowledged as a UNESCO World Heritage Website given that 2009.

This year, the focus will be on subjects that are necessary for the survival of the “civilization of drinking,” the unique supper curated by starred chef Graziano Prest, and the spectacular experience of the high-altitude walk-around tasting, throughout which the leading business will use visitors and lovers 3 white wines or spirits each: over 150 renowned labels, terrific classics and brand-new releases.

In this context of unusual appeal, PuntoZero selects to accompany itself with its white wine work of arts, which commemorate the household company. A pure white and red, plus an appealing mix: Trasparenza 2022 Doc Colli Berici, 100% Pinot Bianco; Virgola 2015 IGP Veneto, 100% Syrah, Marcella 2022 Doc Colli Berici, a mix of Red wine, Tai Rosso and Cabernet.

” Vino Vip is an elite white wine experience, hosted in a captivating location – states Marcella Toffano, at the helm of PuntoZero together with her children Carolina and Anna Paola -. For our winery it is an honor to participate. We might not assist however accompany ourselves with the symbolic white wines of PuntoZero, our company card, associated with beauty and custom: in truth, they inform the story of the de’ Besi household, constantly connected to the land and the refined art of white wine”.

PuntoZero white wines show the individuality of the terroir and the commitment with which they are produced.

Trasparenza Doc Colli Berici is a hymn to improvement. Tidy, fresh, aromatic. Pale yellow with greenish reflections, flower notes similar to elderberry and acacia. A little savoury in the mouth with an enjoyable minerality, white fruit such as apple, plum and gooseberry, great enveloping and determination. Doc of the Colli Berici, it embodies the land from which it comes.

Virgola IGP Veneto, a complicated white wine of remarkable beauty and skill, with strong notes of fruit and spices. Ruby red with violet reflections, it reveals on the nose tips of wild berries, moss, mineral notes, black pepper. In the mouth it is abundant and enveloping, with terrific taste.

Marcella Doc Colli Berici is a strong white wine, it reveals the character of the Colli Berici– like the female from which it takes its name– where every component specifies its precise provenance. Ruby red with violet reflections, notes of little red fruit such as raspberry, cherry and a light tip of spice. In the mouth it is fresh and covering.

PuntoZero

The De’ Besi household has actually constantly been connected to the world of farming, particularly in the Colli Berici location, a land abundant in appeal and with massive possible to be established.
