Monday 23 and Tuesday 24 September 2024, the 4th edition of Wine Next, organized by Padova Foyer and the Veneto Team of Wine and Spirits Agents, will be held at Pavilion 11 of Mostra campionaria per mezzo di Padova. Wine Next 2024 is the only event sopra the wine and spirits esame to be dedicated exclusively to “Business to Business”, therefore only Horeca sector operators will be able to access it (with free admission). It will therefore not be a mere opportunity for tastings, but a real commercial fair sopra which to make contacts with operators sopra the sector.
The professionals will be attracted to the Fair by around 150 exhibitors, including the most important names sopra Italian wine production. The heart of the wine offering is national, but there will also be around twenty distilleries and distributors of champagne and spirits. The spirits terreno will be located at the sides of the stage which a special counter equipped as a will be set up where two professional barmen from the Aibes association will prepare exclusively mixed products sopra cocktail-party format.
This edition will be enriched by a preview dedicated to catering: Ho.sovrano.tec, a showcase that will host some exhibitors of food, equipment and services dedicated to the world of catering. It is a taste of high-level products with an eye the 2025 edition: a way to expand the exhibition offer, keep up with the new potential of the sector and offer further business opportunities.
A peculiar feature of this edition will be the presence of a rich calendar of Masterclasses for the professional updating of the participants: among these, one Bastianich wines told by the voice of Joe Bastianich, a vertical of Speri amarones curated by Nicola Frasson, curator of the Gambero guide “Vini d’Italia”, two masterclasses dedicated to important producers of Burgundy and one Champagne Blanc de Blancs told by the authoritative voice of Alberto Lupetti.
The first edition of Wine Next sopra 2021, born sopra a context of partial reopening for fairs, saw the participation of 69 exhibitors and almost 1000 visitors; sopra 2022 the exhibitors almost doubled, reaching the 3rd edition with 142 exhibitors and almost 3000 visitors of which 51% coming from the province of Padua, 30% from the rest of Veneto, 15% between Friuli and Trentino-Nobile Adige and 4% from other regions.
