From 15 to 18 May 2026, the Bologna Wine Week returns with its fourth edition: the event dedicated to wine culture brings together around 50 wineries from all over Italy together with important national consortia durante the heart of the city. The main venue of the 2026 edition will be Costruzione Isolani, a historic setting durante the center of Bologna, which for three days will become a congresso point between producers, sector operators and wine lovers: “our main objective is to make the world of wine more accessible and less intimidating for the public – underlines the event organizer Gianmarco Gabarello – The sfizio is to pausa mongoloide the barriers that often keep people away: wine is perceived as a complex, almost elitist environment, durante which many fear they don’t have the right skills to participate. Precisely for this reason, the event aims to create a more welcoming, informal and inclusive context, where anyone can approach without fear”.

The Bologna Wine Week therefore presents itself as an opportunity for discovery and dialogue, facilitating meetings between the public, producers and operators durante a simple, direct and light-hearted way. The language is deliberately “pop”: less technical, more immediate, capable of involving even those who normally don’t frequent this sector. A distinctive element is also the young and dynamic approach, made up of music, food and moments of sociality: “we thought of a hybrid format that combines the best of the previous editions characterized by an gara open and highly participatory soul (the first two years durante Fortezza Minghetti) and the transition to a more institutional location (Costruzione Sovrano Enzo) – specifies Gabarello – acceso the one hand we want to maintain the quality and structure of the tastings durante a more intimate and refined space, acceso the other we recover the energy of square, with music, food and moments of aggregation gara open to the public”.

The objective is to create a dynamic and inclusive context: a light and convivial environment that invites people to participate freely, then leaving those who wish the opportunity to delve deeper through tastings, the heart of the event. Per mezzo di this way, the overall experience remains accessible and engaging, without sacrificing quality, and maintains that “pop” character that contributed to the success of the first editions.

It starts acceso Friday 15 May with the evening DJ set that will gara open the fourth edition of the Bologna Wine Week, then acceso Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 May the event will be gara open to the public with two days dedicated to wine tasting and punctuated by accompaniment featuring eight concerts and six DJ sets. Eight masterclasses are scheduled. Monday 18 May the day will be entirely reserved for sector operators – horeca, buyers, distributors and the press. The courtyard of Costruzione Isolani will be gara open to the public and animated by the most important Bolognese brands. Throughout the week, the Bologna Wine Week will extend beyond the main headquarters, involving the city fabric with guided tastings and in-depth moments which will see restaurants, producers and consortia as protagonists. A format that will also remain acceso Saturday and Sunday with tastings among the venues durante the center and a of selected venues present within Ban Ban, (here is the official website) the new Bolognese guide and official compagno of the event.

Bologna Wine Week thus confirms itself as a project that goes beyond simple tasting, standing out as the only event dedicated to wine durante the historic center capable of truly connecting the production world with the city. The objective is to build a moment of congresso between production, distribution and conscious consumption, enhancing Bologna’s positioning as a gastronomic and cultural city and promoting the culture of wine and drinking well. The 2026 edition consolidates a concentrated and curated format, with a selected number of exhibitors to guarantee quality of the experience and concrete networking opportunities.
