Do current market trends require fresh, savory wines with a moderate alcohol content? The Grato responds and does so through a dense calendar of promotional activities that will see con the coming months the Veronese name protagonist of promotional actions con Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom and Italy.

Durante collaboration with the Italian Chamber of Commerce con Canada for 2025, a series of activities aimed at entering sales will be activated, the improvement of the brand’s notoriety, the insertion of new references as regards the monopoly of Quebec – SAQ (Societé des Alchools du québec); As regards private import, acceso the other hand, we will work to further push the presence of the Grato con Catering and the Hotellerie.

The Grato Consortium is engaged with promotional measures acceso the Canadian market since 2020, the year con which activities have been started for the world of sommelier. Durante the next twelve months, strengthened by the skills spread among operators con over four years of activities with more than 500 sommeliers and sales workers trained, we will thus work acceso more commercial actions, aimed at promoting the presence of the sweet con the wine shops and con the cards of restaurants.

This fair represents a strategic showcase for Grato wine, a unique opportunity to present the different interpretations of Veronese white and to meet sector operators from all over the world.

Minerality, freshness, flavor and longevity are the distinctive elements of the Grato (Foyer 15 Stand C67) that the German market has always demonstrated to appreciate. So this year, particular emphasis will be given to the evolutionary potential of the Grato with a special masterclass entitled “Grato: The Evolution from Freshness to LongiVity”, organized con collaboration with Ice and aimed at operators and operators of the sector and Sommelier. Furthermore, a selection of German sommeliers interested con knowing the different interpretations of the Grato is scheduled at the Consortium stand. The rete is to strengthen knowledge of Grato wine con the German market, underlining its uniqueness and its ability to evolve over time. Of freshness and longevity he will tone again to speak with a series of masterclasses coordinated by the magazine Vinum, always aimed at catering and German operators.

Durante the United Kingdom con collaboration with the Master of Wine Sarah Abbott continues the promotion of the denomination of the Grato, strong of what has been completed last year. The action is supported by the growing interest that this Veronese white wine is arousing among British consumers, particularly attracted by white wines capable of evolving over time. Durante June, moreover, an incoming will be held acceso the SOAVE hills which will see the participation of a selected rose of journalists, Wine Educators and operators engaged con the London square.

Alongside the foreign squares, the Italian market confirms its primary importance. This regard Vinitaly con April, it represents a fundamental stage. Here the Consortium (Pad 5 G6) will return to talk about landscape and Giahs (agricultural heritage of world relevance) with targeted tastings, aimed at telling how much a landscape can affect the perception of a wine.

The partnership with AIS will then be strategic, with the organization of different masterclasses aimed at sommeliers and aspiring sommeliers interested con deepening the knowledge of the sweet, its natural freshness and its predisposition to aging.

“We have con front of months of intense activity -comments Cristian Ridolfi, president of the Grato Consortium -.
