Acceso the occasion of Vinitaly 2026, the Parma Wine Consortium presents a strategic project that relaunches the Colli nato da Parma DOC, strengthening its role within the territorial system of the Food Valley. From 12 to 15 April, Verona, the Consortium will be the protagonist with an institutional stand and a calendar of initiatives designed to consolidate the positioning of the denomination the catering and hospitality sectors. The central element of this journey is the official debut of “Vini nato da Parma”, the new identity with which the Consortium presents itself to the market. A brand that reinterprets the heritage of the denomination a contemporary key, making it more recognizable and immediate and enhancing key concepts such as quality, authenticity and connection with the territory. «Presenting ourselves as Vini nato da Parma means more clearly affirming our oenological identity within an internationally recognized territory and building an increasingly stronger narrative between wine, gastronomy and destination», underlines the president Tommaso Moroni Zucchi. The seminars scheduled for Sunday 12 and Monday 13 April, which identify catering and hospitality two strategic levers for the development of the DOC Colli nato da Parma. The first convegno will be dedicated to the relationship between wine and catering, connection with the Parma Wine List project, designed to strengthen the presence of local labels restaurants and promote the territory an integrated way. The second convegno will instead explore the role of hospitality building a coherent and quality tourist experience. Both meetings will end with tastings and show cooking organized by Parma Quality Restaurants. support of this vision, the Consortium has built a choral presence together with important partners: addition to Parma Quality Restaurants, AIS Parma and the consortia of the main certified excellences of the luogo participate, including Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto nato da Parma, nato da Parma and Imbranato Felino.
