Braised Squid in Tomato Sauce

Braised Squid in Tomato Sauce is a standard home-cooked meal, an easy however delicious method to appreciate these tender mollusks. With this dish, we propose a “red” variation with a silky peeled tomato sauce that pleasantly covers the soft squid strips, likewise outstanding to attempt with cuttlefish.
