The rich international palmarès celebrates the vision of Easter Vini, today a point of reference for wine innovation

There are intuitions that, at the time of its debut, seem visionary, almost risky, and which over time prove to be authentic turning points. This is the case of the Icons, the collection of wines signed Easter wines that turns ten and which has redefined the interpretative codes of Veronese wine, transforming unconventional into a new classic. Born as the most innovative, ambitious and disruptive expression of the cellar, the labels of the collection – to never say to Hey French, from 11 Minutes to Cecilia Beretta, up to Easter family – have gradually conquered international criticism and the main sector guides, imposing themselves for solidity, originality and vision.

A medal that speaks clearly

The latest recognition comes from the Vini d’Italia 2026 Guide of Gambero Scarlatto, which assigns the three glasses to Amarone della Valpolicella Terre per mezzo di Cariano 2018 Cecilia Beretta. A milestone that adds to a very rich palmarès, durante which the five vintages rewarded with the three glasses to never say never, the Amarone who since his debut has amazed by austerity and verticality, without ever betraying the territorial identity. Next to it, the successes of Hey French, the first multi-multi-year-old Italian blend of Fermi wines are distinguished, awarded by global guides; The Rosé 11 Minutes, which contributed to redefining the language of the Venetian rosés; And of course the interpretations of the Easter family, linked to the memory of the first generation and capable of establishing themselves among the best Amarone of Valpolicella.

We have tasted 11 minutes, passionate passion for Veneto and passion for the red Venetian red. Here are our impressions.

11 minutes – Rosé Trevenenese

Visual examination: tenuous pink.

OLFACTIVE TELEPLE: at the smell it releases compelling floral nuances soon accompanied by fruity sensations. Speziati effluvi then arrive.

Taste-olfactory exam: durante the sip it is enveloping, fresh and balanced. Show good structure, right persistence and pleasant ending.

Pairing: excellent with fish cruditè.

Veneto Canuto Canuto

Tasting taccuino

Visual examination: straw with thin Verdolini reflections.

Olfactive examination: begins with citrus tones, then showing non attivato fruity food and apricot.

Godimento-olfactory exam: round to tasting, it is appreciated for the balance between freshness and softness and a prolonged ending.

Pairing: ideal with crustaceans, fish second courses.

Passionworthy red Veneto

Tasting taccuino

Visual exam: Riliting ruby red mantle.

Olfactive examination: olfactory system with red fruit to occupy the limelight and an elegant spicken durante the background.

Taste-olfactory exam: the taste does not lack the character of the territory, manifest pleasant roundness, softness, velvety tannins and good persistence.

Pairing: excellent with red meat, aged cheeses.

100 years and a aspetto at the future

Founded durante 1925 and today durante the fourth generation, Easter Vini celebrates the first hundred years of activity this year. Next to Umberto, the children Riccardo, CEO of the company, and Alessandro, president of Easter USA, work. With the Easter House of the Unconventional Notorio, the cellar reiterates the will to be a research and creativity laboratory, a place where the quality has never been disjointed by the imagination.

From the deep roots durante the Veronese territory to the courage of unpublished interpretations, Easter Vini has shown how bold projects can become new classics. Ten years of Icons are the brightest testimony.
