A cultural initiative that has always accompanied the sight of the association born Albore 2001, for a project aimed at promoting wine culture and wine tourism Italy. For the third time the final event is celebrated the prestigious headquarters of the Cittadella tra Grinzane Cavour.

Drinking the territory has always been a reference this sense, to communicate a certain vision of the wine, to combine careful and conscious winemakers and consumers, to promote a positive image of quality wine and the important social and cultural values of which it is the bearer.

Through many editions, the competition has evolved, with new initiatives and new relationships, while maintaining sales some points of reference.

Starting from the title, born for a sort of provocation, and remained always current:

“Drinking the territory” to attribute an added value to each quality wine and appreciate, through the glass, not only the product itself, but also the culture and the environment it contains.

For some years the initiative has always strengthened inspired by the supposizione that has inspired the Go Wine Association since the Constitution: that is, looking at a qualified figure of consumer who does not like to know and taste the wines, but warns the desire to make a traveler to discover the places where each wine is affirmed and where men and women of the wine operate.

Moreover, the basic spirit that animates the cultural initiative: history, traditions, landscape and cultural events is maintained, the factors that distinguish wine from any bevanda and which are enhanced traveling a territory of wine are different.

The topicality of the theme has also been confirmed for a complex year for the world of wine: first struggling with the new regulations acceso the subject of license, then to avoid the attacks that tend to equate (wrong!) The wine to the crossing; Then the long complaints acceso the duties, without neglecting the new consumption trends and the prices factor that risks removing important audiences.
